The offer is based on the value of the diamond jewellery at the time of purchase and the following guidelines must be met;
- Where the original settings are usable and do not show any significant sign of wear or damage we will offer 100% of the original retail purchase price of the piece.
- If you wish to keep any part of the jewellery such as a chain or setting, we will deduct the current retail price off the credit amount on offer.
- Where the setting or secondary jewellery accessory is not deemed to be of a reasonable condition we will offer the current metal value.
- The Diamond itself must be in the same condition as it was at the time of purchase with no damage and any certificates supplied with the item must be returned in reusable condition.
- Where a diamond is damaged we reserve the right to withdraw the offer of an upgrade on the item.
- Certificates that have not be returned or are deemed to be damaged and require replacing will incur a deduction for the replacement of the document.
