Our comprehensive guarantee covers all manufacturing faults with any items purchased from us here at Charles Nobel. Accidental damage by the wearer isn't guaranteed though we do offer a service whereby we will repair it at the lowest cost possible.
We regret that we are unable to maintain the guarantee on items that have been worked on by a third party during this period.
We would always advise that should you wish to have an adjustment in size or alteration carried out during the guarantee period you contact us so that we may help you with this.
