The first step in our process is to inspect your piece of jewellery to identify any and all damage or issues that are currently there as well as which need to be addressed during the repair process.
Next, we give your jewellery piece an incredibly deep clean so we can get a better look at it and identify any damage we could not spot initially as well as double checking on damage we identified the first time round.
The first type of repair we make is the most significant and often includes structural damage to the piece of jewellery in question, such as cracks and breaks in rings and gemstones.
After this, we focus on the details and make fine tweaks and adjustments to ensure that your jewellery piece is in the best possible condition and you're not likely to have another issue any time soon.
During the final stage in the process, we give your piece of jewellery another deep clean and polish to showcase the repairs made and restore the piece back to its original shine and glory.
