Last week started just like any other here at Charles Nobel, with the team overseeing the bespoke Tailor Made work we have going through our workshops and preparing our incredible new jewellery collections for Christmas.
However, unlike most weeks, we received a very unexpected and exciting surprise…. We had been nominated for the Professional Jeweller Awards 2021 by an unknown industry insider. The category we were nominated for was Independent Fine Jewellery Retailer of the Year (5 stores or less).
As a small, family-run independent business, we were over the moon to hear the great news. We always try to focus on our customers’ needs, helping them to create and purchase beautiful jewellery that’s exactly right for them and their individual tastes and styles, and therefore it feels like a real accolade to be recognised for this.
Personally, I want to thank our team here at the New Milton store who work tirelessly to ensure that our customers are well looked after and have the best possible experience, irrespective of their needs.
With our 50th Anniversary next year, we know how important our relationship with our clients are, and we hope to continue being part of your special celebrations for years to come.
