They were kind enough to order in a number of stones for us to look at so I could choose my diamond and decide exactly on the intricacies that are so important when choosing the perfect ring. A mock-up was made to ensure I was happy and after a few weeks I finally collected my beautiful ring.
Piers and his father were with us every step of the way and available at any time for questions. Something has to be said for choosing a family run business who genuinely care about traditional customer service. We are so happy we chose Charles Nobel to share this once in a lifetime experience.
